part of the product and not considered faults.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary and are outside our

control once shipped.

6. Handmade Nature & Care

Our products are handcrafted and delicate. Please handle with care and follow proper use

instructions.

7. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

8. Returns & Refunds

We follow Australian Consumer Law. Faulty items are eligible for repair, replacement or refund. No

refunds for change of mind, but store credit may be offered.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
